IPHONE or IPAD STUCK IN HEADPHONE MODE?

This is a quick and easy fix. While operating my IPAD one night there seemed
like something was missing. As I continued to navigate through the applications
I noticed that I had no sound. The first thing I decided to do was plug in
headphones and then take them out. This to my surprise did not fix my sound
problem. Next I took a Q-Tip, stuck it in the headphone jack and cleaned it out
and still no results. Finally I decided to try one more time to stick the
headphone jack in but this time I pushed the jack all the way into the port and
wiggled it a couple of times without too much force. Take out the jack and push
the volume button the icon should display an icon of a speaker. If not, repeat
until fixed. Hope this helps.
